Q: "How long will it take to receive my Rodecia order?"

Handling time: Normally 1-3 Business Days(Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.)
Transit time: 6-9 Business days
Total estimated delivery time:7–12 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
The time we are talking about is a business day and may be delayed if we encounter holidays.(Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and customs processing.)

Q:" Can I cancel or update my Rodecia order after it's placed?"

We understand there may be stuations where you need to cancel or edit your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate yourneeds, our orders do move through the fulfilment center pretty quicky. Once your order has reached our warehouse, we will not be able to cancelor edit it due to system limitations. If we are not able to cancel or edit your order and you would like a different size. color, or style, we are happyto help you process an exchange or return within 3o days for any unworn product Simply reach out to us at info@rodecia.com.

Q: "What Rodecia shoe size should I order?"

Rodecia are designed to be the most comfortable shoes in your closet All our styles are bult according to established industry standards forfit and sizing. However, due to our unique knitting technique and the shape of each slhouette. there may be sight variances in fit. Need helpfinding the right fit? Visit our size chart for additional help. Q:"Do you offer free shipping?"

Free standard shipping on all orders worldwide, no minimum purchase required.

Q:"What is Rodecia return policy?"

Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged with al tagsatached. Worn, washed. or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Pad shipping fees will not be refunded.

Q: "Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?"

Normly we dont provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases. you only need to mark "Urgent" in your emal. we wilget back to you ASAP.

Q:"How do I care for my Rodecia shoes?"

Our shoes are machine washable as needed We recommend cold water and mild detergent on gentle cycle and air dy only. The insoles should beremoved from the shoes prior to washing but they too can be machine washed. Do notuse bleach. Since they are made out of recycled plasticwater bottles they willshrink if exposed to heat of any sort It's as easy as that.
